• DELIVERY

  Purchased items will be shipped within 5 business days of the order, although most will be within 2 to 3. Please allow up to 10 business days for delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify CustomerService@theluxbrands.com. You will receive an email from CustomerService@theluxbrands.com when your order has been confirmed.

• PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

  All orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail™ unless stated otherwise by the buyer. Rates are calculated through USPS rate calculator. International orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail International™ (prices may vary). Please contact CustomerService@theluxbrands.com if you have any questions.

• PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  Although availability may be indicated on the site, we cannot guarantee product availability. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. • RETURN POLICY

  NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days from when shipment is received if there is an error made by The Lux Brands™ . All exchanges are subject to existing stock. Notice must be given to CustomerService@theluxbrands.com, response will be given within 2 business days for any problems or concerns with merchandise. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with the printed receipt. Both domestic and international customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to The Lux Brands™ for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective location, unless otherwise stated by The Lux Brands™. ***ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL.
